‘The Artisan Collab at 45 Park Lane’ curated by Giovanna Ticciati interprets and celebrates the expression of something deep within us all. The natural world is at the heart of The Artisan Collab, comprised iternational artisans, artists and designers, the exhibition celebrates the best in modern craftsmanship and its techniques through a variety of mediums including sculpture, ceramic art, jewellery design, photography and painting.

The exhibition will include vessel-like ceramic sculptures by Lucy Whitford, rooted in mythology. It will also feature sculptures and paintings by Italian artist and designer, Gennaro Avallone, inspired by architecture and Byzantine artefacts. French sculptor Benoît Averly will showcase a selection of his refined wood sculptures. Sussex-based painter Mark Charlton’s new works will reflect his practice of using multiple materials, like paint and paper and employing layering techniques to create an abstract quality.

The natural world is a fundamental part of The Artisan Collab and an overarching theme linking its collaborators, not only as a source of inspiration but also in terms of fabrics and materials used within their creations.
