Stardust, 45 Park Lane

Joe Webb’s solo exhibition at 45 Park Lane, ‘Stardust’ brought the galactic world down to earth through the use of collage techniques to layer nostalgic imagery against dramatic, awe-inspiring backdrops of the cosmos.

Named one of the Evening Standard’s ‘Exciting Young British Artists to Look Out For’ in 2017 and the winner of the Saatchi Showdown competition in 2012, Joe Webb has produced artwork for album covers by Coldplay, Tears for Fears, The Madden Brothers and Janelle Monae.

The exhibition explored the concept of stardust featuring in mankind’s composition, launching brand new print, ‘Wish You Were Here’. Many of the works are new pieces or rare single editions from sold-out print runs, offering a chance to see them displayed for the last time, as well as a last opportunity to purchase one-off pieces.
